Delivery Areas

We currently only ship items within the United Kingdom. You will not be able to place an order for countries outside this area using this website. Please contact us at contact@janefield.farm if you are trying to place an order for delivery outside the United Kingdom. 

Delivery Charges

We charge a flat shipping rate of £3.45 on orders up to £40, You will see the final delivery charge before completing your purchase.

We offer free delivery for all orders over £40. 

Dispatch & Delivery Times

• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after being dispatched.
• We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Methods & Tracking

All of our goods are shipped using Royal Mail. The options provided at checkout will be for Royal Mail Tracked 48. You will receive a tracking number via email from us when we confirm that your order has been shipped. You can use this to track your order with the Royal Mail.
