Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you're unhappy with your item for any reason we will refund or exchange it. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the item and return the item to us at: Janefield Produce Ltd, Markle Fisheries, Markle, East Linton, United Kingdom, EH40 3EB
To start a return, contact us at contact@janefield.farm. Please quote your order number and reason for requesting a refund or exchange in the email.
Please Note: If your refund or exchange is accepted, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
